Founded in the northern state of Durango -the Mexican Wild West-. Mezcal Burrito Fiestero is created with passion, focusing in delivering the purest flavors of Northern Mexico by using traditional artisanal methods in small batch productions.

Our mezcal was born from the hands of the Conde Family in an ancient abandoned hacienda in the heart of the agave land. Inspired by Burrito Fiestero an authentic promotor of the Mexican culture and the joy of life.

The Ancestral
Collection

The Ancestral Collection is a selected line of limited edition Mezcals. Every production is crafted in micro batches with ancestral distillation methods original from the state of Durango: Clay & Wood.

Every bottle is a pice of art, as they are hand painted by local artists, with different designs depending the agave type. This line include special Mezcals made with rare and unique agave varieties that are found within the Durango borders.

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Mezcal Burrito Fiestero®
1 oz Señor Maguey®
1 egg white
1 oz yellow chartreuse
.3 oz lemon juice, Orange slice
5 ml Angostura Bitters

METHOD

The egg white, Mezcal Burrito Fiestero®, Señor Maguey®, yellow chartreuse, lemon juice are poured into the shaker and shaken without ice. Add ice to shaker and shake again. We pour the mixture into a cider glass with ice and garnish.

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Mezcal Burrito Fiestero®
.5 oz Señor Maguey®
1.5 oz grapefruit juice
2 jalapeno slices
.5 oz lime juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters

METHOD

Mezcal Burrito Fiestero®, Señor Maguey®, grapefruit and lime juice, jalapeno slices, and the dash of Angostura are added into a shaker with ice. Shake and serve the mixture into an old fashion glass and garnish with a mint sprig.

1.5 oz Mezcal Burrito Fiestero®
1 oz Señor Maguey®
.3 oz ginger extract
10 mint leaves
1 oz lime juice
Top ginger beber

METHOD

Mezcal Burrito Fiestero®, Señor Maguey®, ginger extract, lime juice and mint leaves are added into a shaker and mixed with ice. We pour it in a copper cup with ice, fill with ginger beer and garnish with mint and a dehydrated lime wheel.

1.5 oz pineapple juice
.3 oz lime juice
1 oz orange liqueur
Mint crown, Dehydrated pineapple slice

METHOD

Mezcal Burrito Fiestero®, Señor Maguey®, orange liqueur, grapefruit, pineapple and lime juice, are added into a shaker with ice. Mix and serve into an old fashion glass and garnish with a mint crown and a dehydrated pineapple slice.
